Free Motor legal expenses insurance
If you're involved in a motoring accident and it's not your fault, this FREE 'Uninsured Loss Recovery' service will provide up to £50,000 of legal costs to help you recover losses from a third party that cannot be claimed from motor insurance.
For example:
- To recover your policy excess
- Compensation for death or injury
- Loss of earnings
- Car repair costs if you don't have comprehensive cover
- Hire car costs
And to defend you against motoring prosecutions arising from the use of any motor vehicle owned by you.
For example:
- Careless/dangerous driving
- Speeding offences
- Drink/driving offences
This cover is available FREE to you and your spouse driving any motor vehicle owned by you and anyone driving your car(s) with your permission. Cover applies to incidents occurring anywhere in the European Union. This must be read in conjunction with the policy terms and conditions. All cover is subject to the case having appropriate prospects of success and the costs and expenses being proportionate to the financial benefit to you of incurring legal costs and expenses.

On any private motoring or personal legal matter.

- Consumer disputes/Purchase of faulty goods
- Problems with a garage
- Motoring or parking incidents
- Breach of contract
- Dispute with your employer
