Nestling snugly between the picturesque seaside village of Combe Martin and the heart of Exmoor National Park, Wheel Farm Cottages provide the perfect place from which to explore some of North Devon's finest beaches, coastline and countryside.

Cosy cottages

The stone built cottages have been converted from a 17th century watermill and farm barns and are currently being refurbished to a high standard, whilst retaining many original features including beams, exposed stone walls and wood burning stoves.

Oozing rustic charm while enjoying the comfort of modern amenities, our 10 self-catering cottages are furnished and fully equipped, with central heating throughout making them the ideal base from which to explore North Devon, anytime of year.

Newly refurbished!

All 10 cottages are currently being refurbished to a high standard. The cottages will retain their individual rustic country feel but will boast fully equipped shaker-style kitchens and brand new bathrooms, with new flooring throughout and new soft furnishings and furniture, you'll be able to sit back and relax in comfort and style.

Wheel Farm also has some great facilities on-site so there's plenty to keep the whole family entertained. Facilities include:
